Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you must cancel your trip, the person who signed the booking form or is responsible for the trip arrangements must notify us immediately in writing.
Your cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written notice. All cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total tour price, including any extras booked for your trip.
60 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit (non‑refundable)
59–31 days before departure: 50% of total price is non‑refundable
30–16 days before departure: 75% of total price is non‑refundable
15 days or less before departure: 100% of total price is non‑refundable
💡 Travel Tip: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your investment in case of unexpected cancellations, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
